The owners of the company JAL CONCRETE WORKS (trading as JAL DEMOLITIONS & ASBESTOS REMOVAL).
The business has been running for over 8 successful years.
The unique name JAL comes from the combination of their children’s names.
Peter is a qualified carpenter by trade, as well as qualified in concreting/form work/steel fixing and demolition.
Louise handles the accounts and office management side of the business. She is currently studying a certificate 4 in Bookkeeping. Along with 8 years banking experience.
Wayne
Wayne is our project manager.
He has over 30 years of industry experience.
Wayne does our quotes as well as supervises all projects and jobs.
Paul
Paul is our WH&S (Workplace health and safety officer as well as an asbestos tech.
Luke
Luke is our foreman for all projects and leads our fully qualified team.
Zac & Aaron
Zac & Aaron are an instrumental part of our team, both of them are Asbestos technicians and Demolition experts.
Judy
Judy is our project admin officer. Also a recent addition to the team in August 2015.
She handles all our incoming jobs and works closely with the demolition team, as well as working our public facing salvage yard business.
Emma
Emma is our Marketing Manager. Whilst she has only been with us since the beginning of the year, she is quickly fitting into the team.
4 years of university studies saw Emma graduate university with a Bachelor of Multimedia.
Emma is handling all our social media content output and working to implement a new marketing strategy.
